Originally from Hicksville, Long Island, NY, my wife and I moved to the Carolinas to be closer to family.

I’m a SC licensed REALTOR® sales agent, husband, father, grandpa, musician, and most importantly, a follower of Jesus!  Upstate SC has been my family’s home since 1989, and, after retiring from corporate leadership, I turned my passion for real estate into helping buyers & sellers at every stage of the process.  

Whether it’s residential, including first time home buyers & Down Payment Assistance, new construction, or commercial real estate, clients appreciate my genuine care, organization, local market expertise, and life-long business experience.  

My wife, Patti Jo and I, married since 1989, have three adult children and four grandchildren. When not working with clients or playing with the grandkids, you can find me teaching a weekly Bible Study called "The Huddle", or performing acoustic rock classic songs at local venues & events, including Fall for Greenville, recognized as one of the top festivals in the US.
